The Listen, Lunch, and Learn program by Insightful Visionaries is an engaging, interactive training experience designed to help organizations create more welcoming and accessible environments for seniors and

individuals with disabilities.

Launching in June 2026, this program equips organizations and individuals with practical tools to deliver exceptional customer care while fostering a culture of inclusion, awareness, and accountability.

Participants will gain valuable insight into respectful communication, accessibility best practices, and real-world accommodations - all while engaging in meaningful discussions and hands-on activities.

A highlight of the experience is our “Dining in the Dark” session, where participants are guided through a blindfolded lunch to deepen their understanding of accessibility and sensory awareness.
